Healthy or ill, with a disability or without: at Bethel, we are convinced that all people can live, learn and work together - how different they may be. However, some people need support and guidance in order to lead a dignified and self-determined life. The employees at the v. Bodelschwingh Foundation Bethel work hard to achieve this.

Bethel's aim is to provide people with services close to home. After all, nobody should be forced to go far away from friends and family to take advantage of a suitable offer. These new services are being created in the centre of the city, in the middle of life. Nevertheless, the historic localities, such as Bethel or Lobetal, will remain. For many people with disabilities, they offer an ideal environment - for living, working and being human.

Our positions: the position papers

Bethel has developed position papers for the individual fields of work. On the one hand, these serve as a basis for professional dialogue and, on the other, as guidance for employees. The position papers are also intended to maintain the quality of the work and improve it where necessary.
